Helpdesk Support Technician

 

Job Description

The Helpdesk Support Technician will be responsible for solving day-to-day desktop, laptop and printer problems and will be involved with data migrations. Workday is from 8:30am-5:30pm. Standard break fix of HP Desktops, HP Notebooks, ThinkPads and HP Printers. Data Migration for New Lenovo Laptops 9t61, x61 tablet, x61) from old HP 6400 or 6220. Obtain parts as required. Escalate problems as appropriate. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
 

Qualifications

2+ years working on a Helpdesk as Level II support. Strong knowledge of desktops, laptops, printers. Experience with data migrations. Experience with Microsoft Office products. Experience with Blackberry's a plus. Experience with voip a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Green Card required.
