Job Description

Join a Real Estate company located in midtown Manhattan as an Administrative Assistant! The Administrative Assistant will work closely with management to create Property Packages and Loan Books as well as manipulate data in Excel. Create and update Excel spreadsheets. Create and update Word documents. Manipulate the look and feel of marketing materials and books using Photoshop. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package.
 

Qualifications

3+ years as an Administrative Assistant. Strong experience with Excel and Word required. Experience with Photoshop or similar package. Experience working at a Real Estate firm a plus. Excellent analytical and communication skills.
