Job Description |
Join a dynamic team as a .net developer / program analyst for a software development firm! The .net developer will be responsible for contributing to the design and development of the Firm's software product for the Real Estate industry. Work with team to create database designs for Firm's product. Create a user interface, keeping in mind the user experience and ease of use. Develop software so that the response time and record retrieval time is optimal. Integrate Firm's software product with various real estate accounting software packages (eg. Yardi, MRI, IBS, B.J. Murray, etc.) as needed by Firm's clients.
Liaison with Firm's senior management to determine business needs. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. |

Qualifications |
Advanced knowledge and experience in ASP.net and VB.net Strong knowledge of SQL.
Experience with AJAX.
Experience with real estate accounting packages such as Yardi, MRI, IBS or B.J. Murray a plus. Strong analytical and communication skills.
BA/BS required. |
