Job Description |
Client Experience Manager on a dynamic Team at the leading provider of consumer marketing research! The Client Experience Manager is responsible for providing the most flexible and intuitive user experience to Firm's clients. Manage the business requirements, screen design and usability, release and maintenance of Firm's global client web interface and internal producer tools. Collaborate with stakeholders and project teams in the planning and development of effective online solutions. Act as the Information Architect in evaluating usability of new and existing online applications.
Scope, develop and understand technical considerations with the assistance of project Technical Lead and with internal and external clients/partners.
Oversee production of all site maps, transaction flows, diagrams and interface schematics. Author detailed functional requirements and related business communications. Conduct heuristic evaluations of online applications.
Recommend, plan and conduct appropriate user research via usability testing, online surveys, interviews, contextual inquiry, focus groups and paper prototyping.
Investigate, evaluate and recommend new and emerging usability standards. Assist in the authoring of functional requirements and other related proactive business communication. Competitive compensation and comprehensive benefits package. |

Qualifications |
5+ years of experience in interactive media design. 3+ years in a role addressing information architecture.
Experience in leading JAD (or similar) brainstorming sessions.
Proficient in either Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, MS Visio, HTML, or Dreamweaver.
Ability to develop interface functionality, clean and concise site maps, transaction flows, diagrams and interface schematics. Excellent writing, speaking, presentation and interpersonal skills.
BA/BS required. |
