	Job Description	Translate business direction and objectives into supporting and enabling information technology architecture and projects. Implement technologies to best support business goals. Ensure the architecture standard is achieved in all new and existing IT solutions. Act as a liaison to senior management. Work with external and internal customers. 	Qualifications	3-5 years SharePoint specific experience in infrastructure, implementation and configuration, including intranet, extranet and security implementations. 3+ years SharePoint application design and implementation of SharePoint portals and its components. 3+ years general development experience (MS preferred). Proven advanced knowledge of database and/or relational data structures design and development including SQL Servers, Access, and XML. Proven ability with development platform (Windows) required. Experience with formal systems development (SDLC) and demonstrated project management experience. Understanding of RAD techniques and tools. Excellent interpersonal, communication, organizational, problem solving and analytical skills. Bachelor's Degree required.
