Job Description |
The Director of IT is responsible for general business planning regarding technology and systems required to develop and implement a long-term strategy for company operations and competitiveness. Manage the IT Department and oversee the support of 150 users. Establish long-term needs for information systems.
Develop and provide a strategy for developing systems and acquiring hardware to meet application needs.
Function as top level contact to assist end users in determining IS requirements and solutions. Maintain and upgrade company application, operating systems and hardware to make all employees more efficient and effective. Provide employees with optimal mobile and remote connectivity solutions.
Integrate ten worldwide offices onto a seamless network. Ensure business continuity and data recovery. Competitive compensation and benefits package. |

Qualifications |
BS degree in Computer Science or Engineering.
8+ years of experience in computer/technology field supporting 150-1000 users. Progressive experience with infrastructure, project management and system admin. Experience with application development. Excellent communication, analytical, leadership and multitasking skills.
